Delivery Info
For all products excluding larger items:
- FREE standard delivery to the UK on orders £20 and over
- Express shipping available for £4.99 (on selected items)
- Orders under £20 standard shipping charge is £3.49
- Orders are usually dispatched the same working day if received before 1pm
For larger items including, furniture, pergolas & parasols:
- Free delivery to UK Mainland
- Delivery times are estimated between 5-7 working days
- You will receive a delivery time slot am or pm
- We use trusted delivery partners that specialise in large items
- If your delivery address is within 20 mile radius of our store we will deliver personally
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable method available. We will select the appropriate carrier when we dispatch your order. We are partnered with multiple delivery carriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the carriers details and tracking number.
Delivery Times:
Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days
Next Day Delivery: 1-2 working days
Large Items: 5-7 working days
Please note delivery times are estimates only, most next day parcels do arrive the following working day but can take up to 2 working days if the carriers are busy.

Orders under £20.00 = Standard Delivery £3.49 / Next Day £4.99
Orders over £20.00 = Standard Delivery FREE / Next Day £4.99
Local Pick Up:
We also offer a click and collect service, the collection will be ready with-in 4 hours if placed before 12pm. Orders for collection placed after 12pm will be ready the next working day. Collections are available Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email.
International:
Unfortunately we do not currently offer International shipping on our website, however we are working on it.
