Returns and Refunds
What is our return period?
If you are not completely satisfied with your item you have 30 days (of receipt) to return the item, unused with original packaging and tags.
How do I return my item(s)?
It’s as easy as 1, 2,3. All you need to do is visit https://lsliving.com/contact/ send us a message requesting your return with your return reason in the message box. We will then provide you with a detailed return instructions.
Are returns free?
All return requests are handled by us personally, we will review the return request and provide the cheapest and easiest return solution for you. All decisions are made at our discretion, there is a free returns available in some instances but at the very least you will get a subsidised return.
How do I return my large item?
If you want to return any large items over 20kgs and dimensions totaling bigger than 300cm (Length + Width + Width + Depth + Depth) there may be additional return costs up to a maximum of £50 taken off your refund. We will help with the arrangements of the return and will share the return costs at our discretion.
What if my item is damaged/faulty?
If your item has arrived damaged you need to contact us within 7 days of receipt, we will then either arrange a free return for refund or send a replacement item and arrange the return of the faulty product.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes we do except exchanges, all you need to do is request the item you want to exchange it for in your return and we will do the rest.
How do I get my refund?
Once we have received your return we will refund you via the same method of payment you used at checkout.
When will i get my refund?
We process returns with-in 3 working days of receiving them, we will then refund you via the same method of payment you used on checkout. If you purchased using a credit or debit card it will take upto 72 hours to show back on your card, if you used PayPal it will show back in your account by the next working day.
How long does an exchange take?
Your return will be processed with-in 3 working days, if the item your requesting for exchange is in-stock we will dispatch within 1 working day on our standard 1-3 working day service. If your desired item is out of stock we will contact you with delivery estimates and you can decide if you would like to wait for the product or receive a refund.
