We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. As the user it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may place an order on our website at any time, if you have any questions regarding our Terms and Conditions we advise you to our Customer Service team by email or via our “Contact” page.
- When placing your order please ensure all information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Once you have completed your order, we cannot change any information provided including delivery addresses.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime, without giving reason.
- Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.
- We only dispatch orders once full payment has been received and authorised.
PRICES & PAYMENT
The price of the goods you order or purchase is as shown on our website at the time you complete your order including any charges for delivery as advertised on the checkout page. All prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices of any product at anytime. We make every effort to ensure that all prices are displayed correctly, but occasionally mistakes can happen. If we notice that an item you have purchased has been offered for sale at the incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the order. However we shall make every effort to contact you and inform you of the correct price. You will have the option to make an additional payment if required to proceed with the order or we can cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. If we cannot contact you within 24 hours of you placing the order, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
Payments are made securely on our website using one of two methods. You can checkout using Paypal (you will be redirected to PayPal) or we accept all major debit/credit cards using Stripe. Stripe is one of the most popular and secure payment gateways, the payment process will be on our site you will not be directed to a third party site.
By using PayPal to pay for your order or purchase, you confirm that the Paypal account being used is yours. By using a credit/debit card you confirm that the card used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
On checkout delivery times are clearly shown, if ordering multiple items with different delivery times, the order will be split up into multiple shipments to ensure you get all items as soon as possible.
All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a courier service of our choice, all shipments are sent on a tracked service, some parcels may require a signature on delivery.
If an order is being sent to a location where a third party is involved such as work addresses, hospitals, schools, hotels and other business locations, the acceptance of the person who is authorised to accept the delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Once delivered, the product(s) ordered become your property and your responsibility, risk for loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
In the case of non-delivery we need to be contacted within 21 days of the shipment date (shipment date will be sent to you in an email). Failure to contact us within that time, we then hold the right to refuse a claim for non-delivery, this will be decided at our own discretion.
If your order is placed before 1pm we will aim to dispatch the same day, if placed after 1pm we will dispatch the next working day. This means we cannot always cancel orders on request, if we receive your request before it has been dispatched we will cancel and refund. If we receive your request after it has been marked as dispatched we will check to see if it has left with our carrier if it has not left then we will cancel and refund. If the order has left our warehouse then you will be required to send it back to us. When we receive it back (adhering to our returns policy) you will then be refunded accordingly via the same method you paid for it originally.
FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare case of you receiving a damaged or faulty product we require you to contact us as soon as possible on receiving the item. We may request the item to be returned or for you to provide images/videos showing the fault or damage. At our discretion we will refund or replace the product (subject to availability). If the order in question incurred any delivery charges we will also refund any postage fees.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement product and to recover any return postage costs from you in the event that the product is found to be misused or to have suffered damage after delivery or is a result of general wear and tear.

When registering with Live in Style, you agree that the personal information you are required to provide when registering is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. If you have any changes to your personal information you will need to notify customer services immediately by email, phone or via our “contact” page.
You agree not to provide us with false information or impersonate any other person or use a false name you are not authorised to use.
